Modular systems and manufacturing solutions for industry

Engineered systems
for industry.

Standardized product systems and project-based metal solutions — configured to the application, manufactured repeatably in a controlled European environment.

Applications

  • Rooftop and HVAC access
  • Industrial access and maintenance
  • Warehouses and logistics
  • Production facilities
  • Buildings and technical levels

Systems

Three product directions

G100 is the fully defined configurable product. The remaining families are engineered per project while their specifications are being locked.

Access Systems

Industrial stairs and stairs with landings, service platforms and crossovers, rooftop and HVAC access, handrails and guardrails.

Safety Systems

Machine guarding, safety railings, restraints and barriers, protective cages, walkway and maintenance access solutions.

Engineered solutions

Modular Industrial Equipment

Work tables and stations, transport trolleys, modular frames and stands, load-bearing structures, specialised production equipment.

Solutions

From drawing to delivered equipment

Not every requirement fits a catalogue. FEROXA delivers complete metal solutions for business clients — engineered from your drawing, your sample or a functional specification, and manufactured in series or as a single project.

Welded assemblies in series

Robotic and manual welding of frames, carriers, brackets and structural assemblies. Five welding robots ensure repeatable geometry and consistent quality from the first piece to the thousandth.

Industrial equipment

Lift tables, transport trolleys, racks and storage systems, work stations, machine frames and bases — built to your workflow, your loads and your floor plan.

Steel structures and installations

Mezzanines, support structures, technical platforms and equipment steelwork — designed in accordance with the applicable European requirements, delivered as bolted kits, with or without installation.

Precision fabrication

Complex weldments and machined components where geometry and tolerance decide: rotary assemblies, guides, machined interfaces. Laser, CNC milling and Swiss-type turning under one roof.

Manufacturing

Manufactured by Danko Systems

Every FEROXA system and solution is manufactured by Danko Systems — a contract sheet metal and tube fabricator in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, established 1991, delivering roughly 75% of its output to customers inside the EU. One facility group, one controlled process chain, ISO 9001:2015.
